Odlisi

The Odlisi cheese factory is located in the city of Telavi, on the historical 37 Street Cholokashvili, also in a historical building. The founders of the enterprise began producing cheese in 2006 afterreceiving agricultural education in Europe, namely in Germany and Switzerland.

“Odlisi” produces three types of cheese: soft, hard, and semi-hard. At this stage, “Odlisi” produces cheese with 26 different taste qualities.

The following types of cheese are presented in the assortment of the enterprise:

Hard cheese:
- Odlisis Mta – parmesan -type big cheese
- Odlisis mta with culinary nuts
- Bito - goat and cow's milk cheese mix
Semi-hard cheese with various spices:
- Truffle cheese
- Cheese with basil
- Cheese with basil and tomatoes
- Cheese with ramsons
- Cheese with coriander
- Cheese with currant
- Cheese with tarragon
- Cheese with elderberry
- Cheese with green pepper
- Cheese cumin
- Cheese with chili
- Cheese with pumpkin’s flesh
- Cheese with nettle
- Cheese trio - with nutmeg, sunflower and ginger

Visiting the factory, visitors can participate in the production process and at the same time try different types of cheese. Odlisi also has a cheese bar where guests can try cheese dishes combined with wine or other alcoholic beverages.

What to see?
“Odlisi” is located in the historical city of Kakheti Telavi. The enterprise is located in a century-old house and itself represents a tourist attraction: you can visit an inclusive art workshop for children, works of art made by family members, an old cellar, and much more.
