The cheese factory "Leanka" is located in the city of Dedoplistskaro and has been operating since 2016. The enterprise employs 15 residents. In the summer, the company processes up to 6 tons of milk daily, and in the spring - up to 9 tons.

Guests can try cheese along with food or drink. For example, when tasting smoked sulgun, the owner will offer you a beer, and together with sulgun you will be treated to salad and traditional dishes, kebabs.

Only in "Leanka" you can try the dessert prepared by the owner according to a unique recipe, which is also called "Georgian cheesecake."

The products produced in Leanka are marked with the sign of Georgian milk, which means that the products produced here are made ​​from the local raw milk.
