In Racha-Lechkhumi (Tsageri municipality), in the village of Gveso, where the cooperative "Gveso farm" located at 560 meters above sea level, you can taste the cheese made from the milk of the local breed of goat in an ecologically clean environment. "Gveso Farm" is a cooperative founded in 2018. 3 out of 5 members of the cooperative are women, who are constantly trying to develop the cooperative as well as popularize traditional dairy products endemic to the region.

Due to the geographical location of "Gveso Farm", the goats of the farm roam freely all day long, that's why the goat cheese produced by farm is distinguished by its taste qualities, because the milk obtained from "happy goats" is full of vitamins and minerals obtained from plants available in ecologically clean highland pastures.
