Shir-Ant Agricultural Cooperative has a nearly 10-year history of milk processing and cheese production. Today, the cooperative has a livestock farm and a cheese factory. Cow's milk, grown and milked in the alpine zone, sets “Shir-Ant” products apart from others and is popular among consumers.
Armenian ham is the business card of the cooperative. Cheese is stored in a vacuum without aging in brine, and so it is planted. As a result, the final product has a soft texture and less salt.
