The Dertselis Nobati agricultural cooperative, which includes twelve local members, is engaged in entrepreneurial activities in the village of Dertseli of the Adigeni municipality. In 2017, the cooperative received modern equipment from the state necessary for the milk processing plant, and field laboratory equipment for the control of raw milk.
As a result, the cooperative soon implemented the HACCP standard and received a hygienic milk certificate confirming the safety of the cheese and other dairy products it produces.
“Dertselis Nobati” cheese and dairy products are known to consumers from various exhibitions, its fatty cream is especially popular.
