The cheese enterprise "Aria" is located in Samegrelo, in the village of Menji, Senaki municipality. It is said that milk from cattle grazing on mountain pastures of Menji has special taste properties. According to the director of the enterprise, Anna, the taste of Senaki's milk comes from natural thermal waters, with which cattle quench their thirst for pasture.
Currently, “Aria” produces 50 types of dairy products, and its range includes dozens of Georgian and European cheeses made from goat, cow, and buffalo milk.
The cheese enterprise has a nearly twenty-year history. Along with cheeses made with traditional technology, “Aria” also offers its customers cheeses made with branded recipes such as Basel and Cameo, as well as an assortment of raw cheeses that you can't try anywhere else.
“Aria” also owns a goat farm. When growing feed on the farm, only organic fertilizers are used to ensure that goats are grown in excellent and natural conditions.
